The ready-to-wear brand Eden Park has implemented a Supplier Portal enabling it to track and manage its global supply chain flows. The implementation of e-SCM has significantly contributed to the organization and reliability of their supply chain processes. The project was completed in less than six months at Eden Park.
"The e-SCM portal generates alerts as soon as a deadline, price, or milestone falls outside pre-established thresholds. This allows the impact of any change to be anticipated and the receiving schedule to be more reliable, simplifying the planning of deliveries to stores."
