Summary

On October 3, 2025, e-SCM brought together its user community in Biarritz for the 4th edition in an inspiring location, with a breathtaking view of Biarritz beach! A day dedicated to innovation, co-creation and sharing of experience around the fashion and luxury supply chain.

A highlight of this edition was the presentation of version 14 of e-SCM, which introduces a new ergonomics, an enhanced Analytics module with supplier performance indicators (deadlines, quantities, prices), and several new modules.

A day rich in exchanges and co-creation

This new edition of the e-SCM User Club brought together many customers and business experts around a common goal: to develop the e-SCM platform together to meet the challenges of agility, traceability and performance.

On the agenda:

  • Customer feedback to understand the practical uses of the solution,
  • Collaborative workshops to co-create future developments,
  • Friendly moments to strengthen the community and promote the sharing of best practices.

e-SCM USER CLUB

A committed community

four years ago , the e-SCM User Club has established itself as a unique forum for exchange between platform users and the e-SCM Solutions teams.
With nine thematic workshops and four general sessions organized, the Club now brings together more than 100 active participants from the fashion, luxury, and retail sectors.

These meetings promote the co-creation of the product roadmap , the sharing of field experiences and the pooling of concrete solutions to optimize the management of upstream supply flows.

NEW FEATURES e-SCM V14

A new, more fluid and intuitive ergonomics

Version 14 offers a modernized interface for smoother navigation, simplified access to key information, and improved dashboard readability.
The goal: to provide users with greater comfort and efficiency in their daily operations .

An enhanced Analytics module

The Analytics module is evolving to offer an even more comprehensive view of supply chain performance.
New features include:

  • supplier performance indicators (KPIs) : delivery times, quantity compliance, price adherence, etc.
  • customization of dashboards , tailored to the needs of each stakeholder (brands, suppliers, carriers).
  • Dynamic reporting that facilitates quick and collaborative decision-making.

The new modules

Version 14 introduces several new modules, designed to strengthen the overall management of the upstream supply chain :

  • Supplier tendering : centralization of price requests, automated comparison and optimal selection of partners.
  • AI-powered invoice control : intelligent verification of compliance between orders, deliveries and invoices, reducing errors and disputes.
  • Automated retrieval of product labels : simplifies the labeling process and guarantees consistency between product data and production.

These new features illustrate e-SCM Solutions' desire to offer a cross-functional digital ecosystem capable of covering the entire supply cycle, from order to delivery.

WORKSHOP e-SCM Connect

The upstream supply chain: a lever for competitiveness for the company

This workshop, organized in collaboration with Juliette Rihal from the consulting firm Cogence, explored how the digitalization of upstream processes can become a major competitive advantage . A company's performance is built from its upstream supply chain.


The discussions highlighted concrete levers for optimization: reducing lead times , strengthening supplier reliability, integrating traceability, sustainability and multi-tier collaboration at the heart of management, etc.
