Unify supply chain processes

Here is the testimony of Jérôme Boisseau , Head of the IT study and project unit , who shared his feedback on the e-SCM Solutions solution.

Children Worldwide Fashion is a major player in luxury children's fashion . The group works for leading fashion brands (Givenchy, Lanvin, Kenzo Kids, The Marc Jacobs…), translating their identity and ethos into exclusive collections . We develop 3,500 designs per season, which are distributed in 2,500 points of sale and 12 marketplaces.

We launched our supply chain digitization project two years ago to support our strategic plan . The key objectives were to decentralize purchasing, unify our organizational processes, and gain control over our data.

The tool works in collaborative mode , which allows us to align all our businesses and suppliers and to rebuild relationships .

All stakeholders in the supply chain benefit. The design of pre-production and production runs is digitized for increased efficiency . Purchasing departments receive real-time of the final price, increasing their agility . Procurement managers can make quick decisions in today's volatile market. The manufacturing process is fully tracked , from production indicators to quality testing. Finally, we secure the shipping process to better anticipate customs issues. Ultimately, our organization becomes more responsive , agile , and efficient .

Digitizing our supply chain has allowed us to anticipate the implementation of the AGEC law regarding transparency towards our consumers. Now equipped with a single working repository, we seamlessly collect the information we need to transcribe into QR codes . The data is already cataloged in e-SCM: quality monitoring, compliance, certificates, etc.

With e-SCM, compliance with the AGEC law is achieved with minimal effort . All daily operations are geared towards serving our clients and the consumer.
