E-SCM SOLUTIONS

A commitment for more diversity

At E-SCM Solutions, we firmly believe in the richness of diversity and the essential contribution of women in technological innovation. With 36% women in the E-SCM team, we will demonstrate that a more balanced distribution is possible.

We encourage training and access to tech careers for women, and we are proud to promote an inclusive environment where everyone can flourish.

Join us to celebrate this day and discover our Daily Vlog on a typical day of a Girl E-SCM! Together, let's continue to move the lines for more equality in tech.

Women in tech

Encouraging figures but progress to make

Women in the digital sector are represented only 24% in 2024, according to data from the large digital school. In the E-SCM team, they represent 36%! On a team of 25 people, the team has 9 women, each providing profiles, skills and diversified qualities that enrich the team.

We want to encourage young women to enter the fields of IT and engineering. Currently, only 17% are heading towards these sectors and only 6% of female students are in BTS Computer Science.

COMMITMENT AND FUTURE

"Together let's rewrite the codes"

In a rapid expansion digital world, where innovation is at the heart of growth, the diversity of skills is essential to meet future challenges. Women play a crucial role in this dynamic, and it is imperative to support and promote their active participation in the technology sector to guarantee an inclusive and prosperous future for all. This is what the action of women@digital implements to promote this sector of the future

With the estimate of 232,000 digital jobs currently in ESN and ICT, the need for talent is becoming more and more pressing. The under-representation of women in this sector deprives the industry of precious skills and slows down its economic growth. According to McKinsey, reaching parity could even increase French GDP by 10% by 2025.
