On September 27, e-SCM Solutions organized a customer day in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, bringing together many users and partners of the platform. This day was an opportunity to take stock of our news, the product roadmap, the new features of the solution and to explore customer feedback.
The event was marked by strong engagement from participants, who were able to discuss the challenges of supply chain management and discuss the solutions offered by the e-SCM platform. Users had the opportunity to share their experiences, express their needs and together identify optimized practices to strengthen the productivity and efficiency of their operations.
It has now been over a year since our user club was created. Since then, 3 workshops have been carried out on various themes: Packing list, Transport, document management, version upgrade, production indicators, etc.
With more than 80 participants in total, we are happy with the dynamic that emanates from these collaborative work spaces. Our customers are committed to sharing their feedback on the use of the solution, best practices and the key points they would like to see evolve.
We remain attentive and offer them concrete solutions when it is beneficial for the entire e-SCM community.
